You can also use the Ribs and Roasting Rack as a resting shelf for even juicier meat. Tip! Combine the rack with the matching Rectangular Drip Pan. This catches the meat juices and gives you a nice base for making a good gravy. On the V-rack, you can place a roast of about 5 kg.
