Good, beautiful and fast
The Modern LT is built from standard profiles in fixed sizes, which is exactly why it costs less and installs faster: typically one to two days on site. It keeps everything that makes a Perello Patio terrace a Perello Patio terrace, and drops what most backyards do not need: oversized columns and long custom spans.
The roof is a 3” insulated panel, so it blocks the heat, muffles the rain and never needs mechanical maintenance. The 6” fascia hides the panel edge and doubles as an integrated gutter, with a downspout that carries rainwater away from your patio instead of dripping off the edge.
