Online Store Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to every purchase made through the Perello Patio Online Store. Perello Patio is a DBA of Perello Construction, Inc., a Florida Certified General Contractor (License CGC 1525000), located at 5121 NW 79th Ave, Unit 8, Doral, FL 33166. By placing an order you agree to the terms below.
1. All sales are final
We do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds. Every product in our Online Store is ordered or reserved specifically for you once your payment is received, and orders cannot be cancelled after they are placed, for any reason. Please review the model, size, fuel type (liquid propane or natural gas), finish and price carefully before you buy. Our team is glad to help you choose: call or text (305) 713-8283 or visit the showroom before ordering.
This no-refund policy is posted in accordance with Florida Statutes § 501.142.
2. Pick up at our Doral showroom
Online orders are picked up at our showroom: 5121 NW 79th Ave, Unit 8, Doral, FL 33166, Monday to Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM and Saturday 10:30 AM to 3:00 PM. We will contact you by phone, text or email as soon as your order is ready. Please bring your order confirmation and a valid photo ID. If someone else picks up on your behalf, let us know in advance.
Delivery and professional installation anywhere in Florida are available as a separate service. Ask us for a quote before or after your purchase.
3. Inspect your order at pick-up
Please inspect the merchandise before leaving the showroom. Damage or missing parts must be reported to our staff at the time of pick-up. Once the product leaves our premises it is considered accepted in good condition.
4. Warranty
Products are covered exclusively by the manufacturer's warranty (for example, Bull Outdoor Products). Perello Patio does not offer any additional warranty on merchandise sold through the Online Store. If a product turns out to be defective, we will help you file the claim with the manufacturer, who decides on repair or replacement under its own terms. Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, weather exposure or lack of maintenance is not covered.
5. Prices, taxes and payment
A 3% non-refundable processing fee applies to all credit and debit card payments, online and in the showroom. Check, ACH/wire and cash payments at the showroom carry no fee.
All prices are in U.S. dollars. Florida sales tax is added at checkout. Prices, promotions and availability may change without notice; the price shown at the time of your order is the one that applies. We reserve the right to cancel and fully refund any order placed at an obviously incorrect price or that we cannot fulfill; that is the only case in which a refund is issued.
Financing offers shown on the site (such as "As low as $X/mo") are estimates subject to credit approval by the financing provider.
6. Product information
Descriptions, specifications and photos come from the manufacturer and are provided for reference. Minor variations in finish or appearance are normal. Gas appliances must be installed by a licensed professional in accordance with local codes; the buyer is responsible for verifying the fuel type and clearances required for their installation.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.
