Square+ Terrace

The Square Terrace with 8” x 8” columns: fewer supports, longer spans and a monumental presence for the biggest covered patios and commercial spaces.

Heavier columns, bigger roof

Same solid-roof design as the Square Terrace, scaled up: 8” x 8” columns, 3” x 8” beams and 1” x 2” purlins under 3” insulated roof panels, with no rafters for a clean underside. Structural aluminum, baked powder-coat finish, stainless-steel hardware.

The heavier columns let us cover wide dining areas, pool decks and restaurant patios with fewer posts. Engineered and permitted to the Florida Building Code, fabricated in our Doral shop and installed by our own crew in Miami-Dade.

For most single-family patios the Square Terrace is the right size. For a flush, minimalist box see the Modern+ Terrace, also with 8” x 8” columns.
