The classic silhouette with a solid, insulated roof: 6” x 6” columns, beams that extend past the columns and full shade and rain cover. Budget friendly, attached or freestanding.

Classic proportion, solid roof

The Square Terrace uses 6” x 6” columns, 3” x 8” beams and 1” x 2” purlins under 3” insulated roof panels. There are no rafters: the underside of the roof is clean, which also helps when ceiling height is limited. Structural aluminum, baked powder-coat finish, stainless-steel hardware.

The insulated panel blocks the heat, muffles the rain and has no moving parts, so the terrace is usable in sun and in a summer downpour. Engineered and permitted to the Florida Building Code, fabricated in our Doral shop and installed by our own crew in Miami-Dade.
